Description AstroReality - Augmented reality relief globe
What we wouldn't give to set foot on the moon ourselves, visit Neil Armstrong's landing site and, in typical tourist fashion, rewrite his line about taking giant steps. But until this dream can become reality, Elon Musk will probably have to continue working on SpaceX for a few more years... ;)
Until then, the "Augmented Reality" globes from AstroRealityallow you to get closer to the moon and the planets of our solar system than ever before. As the name suggests, you can bring each of the highly detailed replicas of various celestial bodies to life with a cell phone or tablet: as soon as you point the camera at the respective globe, the free app shows you information on the size and history of the planet or satellite and also lists particularly interesting points and events such as the moon landing.
You can choose between the following models:
- The "Lunar Mini" moon model, at just 16 grams and a diameter of 3 cm, fits in any trouser pocket and can discreetly embellish desks and other places. The scale of this model is 1:116,020,845.
- If your heart beats for planets, you will love the Solar System Mini Set is guaranteed to be one of them. All the planets in our solar system and even the ex-planet Pluto invite inquisitive nerds to disappear into augmented reality. Each of the celestial bodies weighs 16 grams and has a diameter of 3 cm. As the real-life models are all different sizes, the scales of the individual models vary accordingly.
All variants are made of detailed polyresin, have been painted by hand and are supplied in a decorative box. If you still have questions about using the AR functions we can provide you with the YouTube channel of the manufacturer warmly to your heart. :)
