For a wizard, Harry Potter uses surprisingly few potions in the books and movies (aside from Felix Felicis). However, he, Ron, and Hermione use one potion multiple times: the Polyjuice Potion. Although he would probably never have been able to prepare it properly without Hermione's help, potion-making seems to be more of a minor subject at Hogwarts anyway... ;)
