What can this baby monitor do?
With the Withings Baby Monitor you can conveniently monitor your newbie while you're away and even get in touch with them!
The baby monitor is either set up within sight of your newbie or attached to the baby's crib using the holder provided. After installing the WithBaby app on one or more of your i-devices and establishing an internet connection, you can start monitoring ;) No extra receiver device is required, all functions run via your i-device.
- You can set up an automatic alarm that sounds if the temperature or humidity exceeds or falls below the limits you have set. You can also set an alarm for noises or movements in the children's room (which is very practical if older children try to get out of bed).
- You can use the speakers to talk to your child or sing to them (e.g. the Soft Kitty BBT song) or switch on the soothing color-changing night light and play a saved lullaby.
- The camera has 4x zoom and a night vision function so that you can check the surroundings as well as see your newbie perfectly in the dark (unless they are hiding under the covers).
- With an established internet connection, the range of the Baby Monitor is unlimited (but that doesn't mean you should go on vacation without your little one, as this gadget can't feed or change nappies).
- As the Smart Baby Monitor is automatically connected via Wi-Fi, there is no risk of the internet connection being affected by interference, unlike conventional baby monitors (so playing computer games over the internet is no problem at all).
- Outside the private WiFi network, you have 15 minutes of free audio/video streaming per day to watch your baby live. Alarms and updated pictures from the nursery can be received anytime and anywhere free of charge. If the quarter of an hour is not enough for you, you can purchase 100 additional minutes of audio/video streaming in the App Store for 4.99EUR.

Requirements:
You need an iPhone, an iPad or an iPod. More precisely:
iPod touch 4th generation, iPod touch 3rd generation, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 2 or iPad.
You will also need Internet access via WiFi or Ethernet cable and the free WithBaby App install. A connection via Bluetooth is also possible.
